Kurant Arose
We wanted to make a light and refreshing cider for the warmer months of the year. With that goal in mind, we set out to find a combination of our favorite summery ingredients. Nothing is more refreshing than a cold glass of iced tea on a hot day. Arosé is infused with a hint of organic gunpowder green tea. The tea contributes a slightly tannic mouth feel and crisp finish complimenting the apple character perfectly. We also add organic dried hibiscus which adds just a hint of floral spring notes in the aroma and results in the light peachy hue of the cider. All of these flavors harmonize to create the perfect light and refreshing thirst-quenching cider. 5.8% ABV.
Evil Genius Purple Monkey Dishwasher
Who doesn’t love Chocolate and Peanut Butter? We begin with a robust and delicious Porter, and infuse it with Chocolate and Peanut Butter using a secret method concocted by Evil Genius. Sweet malts transition into busting flavors of natural peanut butter and chocolate. This beer is sure to leave you wanting more. 6.7% ABV.
Nodding Head Monkey Knife Fight
Asian influenced blonde lager. Light bodied beer infused with the flavors of lemongrass and ginger.
Cape May IPA
Our flagship beer, this is a slightly bitter American IPA. We load it with a hop blend that provides the floral and citrus notes, lending a quintessential American west coast profile. Dry hopped with almost a pound per barrel, the beer encapsulates your senses until you’re left wondering where the rest of your brew went. 6.3% ABV.
NOLA Syncopation
After playing with a number of different recipes, NOLA took their time perfecting a blend of Citra, Mosaic, Grungeist, Calypso and Ekuanot hops for a fruity and juicy aroma that finishes all hop. Late hop additions lead to more flavor and less IBUs and coming in at 6% keep Syncopation very drinkable.
2SP Delcofest
Bold, spicy hops team up with rich, toffee malts. All you need now is the liederhosen. 6% ABV.
Duck Rabbit Duck-Rabbator Doppelbock
Nodding Head Ich bin ein Berliner Weisse
Rare and unusual German-style wheat beer. A tart flavor, light body, and low alcohol add up to one very refreshing beer. Recent variation is brewed with raspberries.
Pale Fire Salad Days
American two row barley and malted rye provide the canvas for pungent Amarillo and Simcoe hops to mingle with our house Saison yeast. Notes of grapefruit, peach, and bubblegum dance out of the glass and mellow into a refreshingly tart, dry finish. 6.8% ABV.
