Every month, Brew features a cool brewery and offer some of their delicious beers at a reduced price.
Because we love you.
June’s Featured Brewery is Flying Dog Brewery!
In 1990, George Stranahan opened the Flying Dog Brewpub in Aspen, Colorado. It was the first brewery to open in Aspen in over 100 years, and was one of the first brewpubs in the Rocky Mountain region. They grew, they expanded to Maryland, they were bought by the Wild Goose brand, then sold to the Logan Shaw Brewing Company. They closed their Colorado brewery to focus on their Maryland spot in 2007. Currently, Flying Dog Brewery has the capacity to brew 100,000 barrels of beer per year.
